- Mahogany is a strong yet warm award-winning actress who embraces every role with conviction and passion. She knows how to command a stage, capture the camera, and engage any audience. - All Mahogany's vast and diverse skill sets; both in front of the camera, and behind the scenes, makes her a master in the fine arts; and a positive influential force in the entertainment industry who carries herself with sophistication, authenticity and excellence.
- Mahogany has an extensive background in the business side of the entertainment and fine arts industry. Having served in marketing management at the international legendary hip-hop magazine, The Source; in their New York headquarters. During her time at The Source, she worked side-by-side with the magazine's marketing department president. Mahogany was the supervisor over the magazine's website department and oversaw the execution of the website's content and supervised the staff. She was a team member and instrumental in the planning and execution of the historic 1999 Source Hip-Hop Music Awards, held in Los Angeles, California. During the event, Mahogany was appointed as the principle on-camera personality for the live webcast of The 1999 source Hip-Hop Music awards; where she interviewed noted celebrities, such as Vivica A. Fox. and the late Left Eye of the legendary group, TLC.
- Mahogany expanded her experience in the entertainment industry, by being appointed as the marketing manager for Flava Unit Records, owned by living legend, Queen Latifah. During her time at Flava Unit, Mahogany was directly responsible for the A to Z planning and execution of various marketing strategies for Flava Unit artists. She also oversaw the revamping of the company's website. Mahogany worked closely with the promotion and A&R departments, to help create a vision for the label's emerging artist; such as female R&B group, FATE. Mahogany received a credit on the group's single release. She also oversaw the group's video treatment and shoot in New York. Mahogany worked in both the New Jersey and the New York headquarters of Flava Unit. She regularly participated in strategy meetings conducted by Queen Latifah, as well as, listening events for the label's planned debut album.
- Mahogany pays it forward by sharing her vast knowledge of the performing arts industry by providing workshops, coaching and training to aspiring actors, singers and models, to help them develop their skills and nail their auditions/castings. Mahogany is the brainchild behind the dynamic arts and education organization, Just Be You Performing Arts and the academic enrichment school, JBY Academy. Her visions is to empower, educate, and inspire children (and adults) through the prism of the arts.

MS. MAHOGANY - the TEACHING-ARTIST
I began my journey as a producer at the age of 6. My dolls were my actors. My kitchen the theater. Since then, I've successfully produced over 40 productions. The arts run through my veins. My coaching technique is not one dimensional. I bring my wealth of experience both behind the scenes, as well as, on the stage, and in front of the camera, to every student I train. My students are champions!

My technique is unorthodox. While influenced by the Meisner Technique, which I studied in New York, I've developed my own unique set of skills and techniques. They are rooted in the Mahogany Reynolds trademark slogan, "JBY - Just Be You". The roles I've played are wide in range and I pass this unique skill to my students, both children and adults, teaching them to stretch and expand as artist.
Public speaking has always come natural to me. As a child, I was often scolded by my teacher for talking too much. Well, that came in handy as an adult. I started my public speaking career in college. With experience speaking at events both large and small, I teach adults and youth, how to stand with confidence in front of any audience. And, to make an impact.
My runway modeling career started when I was 12. Always above average in height for my age, I learned to embrace my long lean lines, and quickly developed a successful career as a model. My journey in the modeling industry has taken me around the world. I pass my skills to my students and give them relevant tools to help them cultivate a lasting career.
MS. MAHOGANY - THE TRAILBLAZER
I'm a working actor, that consistently books diverse roles, as a lead, main character, or principle character; in all genres: theater, film, TV, and national commercials for various brands. My diversity as an actor gives me an advantage to teach aspiring actors all genres of the acting industry.
I'm beyond a triple threat; having extensive experience beyond being an actor. As a professional model I've appeared in magazines, newspapers, and on product brands. I've also walked in New York Fashion Week. My modeling technique coaching helps aspiring models diversify their modeling skills.
As a professional on-camera personality, with a Bachelor's degree in Communication majoring in journalism, I am a seasoned reporter, host, and public speaker. I provide training in on-camera technique and public speaking skills.
I'm a Mom. My commitment as a coach is rooted in my passion as a mother. I give my students the same exceptional level of training and mentoring that I'd expect my child (who is now 10 year's old) to receive from a coach.
As a former classroom teacher, I work well with young children; and begin coaching kids as young as 4 and a half years old. I also have experience working with children with disabilities. My coaching style is supportive, patient, and empowering. I coach the total artist and help him/her tap into the natural gift already inside of them.
MS. MAHOGANY - THE MENTOR
I consider modeling another genre in the performing arts. Most do not share my sentiment on this. However, modeling is a craft. It requires technique and artistry. My well versed experience as a model served as a spring board to my career as an actress. Over the past 8 years, I've conducted modeling workshops for both youth and adult models of all sizes.
My first acting role in New York, I was an extra in a major film. Fast forward a few years later, I was performing as an actress in Germany, Italy and France. My private acting coaching technique empowers my students to maintain their hunger for the arts. I teach them, "The person you are in competition with is, yourself! To rise higher in your skills. To leave a blueprint for others to follow."
Because I still have a hustle in me, my coaching and mentoring is not stagnant. I'm striving every day to out shine my last performance, my last production, my last script. I enfuse my personal drive in everything I do as a coach. My ultimate goal is for my students to reach their highest level. Whatever that may be for them. I coach on an entirely different level. And my students benefit greatly.
