The logo design is made in creative collaboration with a youth artist, DJ Clarke. All proceeds go towards the festival so we can continue keeping the event totally free for families to enjoy. The Annual Just Be You Children's Festival Awards
The Just Be You Children’s Festival ™ includes an inspiring youth award ceremony that recognizes youth who are doing great things in their community and leading by a positive example. Each year we will grant awards to youth in a variety of categories. Attend the festival to find out who will be the next recipients of the Just Be You Children's Festival Awards™.
You can even submit a nomination for the awards ceremony! If you wish to nominate a child or teen (grades K-12) for consideration to be a recipient of an award please submit the following information to us no later than December 31, 2024.
- Nominee's First and Last Name
- Nominee's Age and Grade
- Nominee's School (if homeschooled put "homeschooled")
- Nominee's City (accepting nominations for kids and teens throughout Lehigh Valley metro area of Pennsylvania)
- Nominee's accomplishments (special contributions that they are making in the community, their school, and/or at home, that makes them exceptional)
- Your contact information and your name
All nominations will be carefully reviewed by our committee. Those nominated are required and expected to attend the festival in person in the summer of 2025 (event date, time and location will be announced soon) to participate in the awards ceremonies. Complete details will be shared with the nominees accordingly.
Nominations submitted after the deadline (December 31, 2024) will not be considered for next year's festival.

We are grateful for the continued support of the dynamic Da Vinci Science Center located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Their mission is to bring science to life and lives to science. Empowering Communities
Motivating and empowering the youth to believe in themselves is the hallmark of Mahogany Reynolds' legacy as a mentor, coach and teacher. Come be inspired by her motivational speech presented in an interactive talk show format to engage the youth. Children will be invited on stage to have an engaging conversation with Ms. Mahogany. Plus, have some fun during her energetic dance-along as she teaches us how to Detroit Hustle. Her way of paying homage to her hometown of Detroit, Michigan.
For over 20 years, Mahogany Reynolds has mentored the youth through various philanthropic programs on the East Coast and around the world through her virtual platforms and programs.
