THE 2018 FESTIVAL WAS A HUGE SUCCESS!
We are so thrilled and wish to congratulate all the AWARD WINNING filmmakers, photographer, and our talent contestant. We screened over 30 films live at the festival. The audience was excited to see films from ALL OVER THE WORLD! As well as, homegrown films made in New Jersey! The Just Be You Festival is a celebration of all things Just Be You Performing Arts; film, theater, music, dance, fashion, comedy, and a live concert. This one of a kind festival; with a youth driven focus, featured engaging entertainment, education, and tons of fun! We are already making plans for the 2019 season! Bigger and better!! Just Be You Performing Arts was founded and created by accomplished actress, writer, director and producer, Mahogany Reynolds-Clarke; a champion for children, who wanted to develop an organization for kids, to inspire and mentor them to dream big. We were born in Rahway, New Jersey in 2014 and since then have grown up to be a strong platform for youth in the performing arts; as well as, emerging artists of all ages.
Over recent years, Just Be You Performing Arts have produced several innovative shows and events in New Jersey. Ranging from comedy, fashion, talent showcases, free workshops for kids, original plays and musicals. We are a diverse organization that strives to produce events with a spirit of excellence. We are excited about the new endeavors we're planning for 2019. The best is yet to come!

Dupre "DoItAll" Kelly is a platinum selling recording artist of the legendary hip-hop group, Lords of the Underground, and will be making an appearance at the festival!
He is the CEO of DoItAll Media group; formerly known as 211 Media Group, a company that specializes in all forms of media, television, film production, and event planning.
One of the founders of 211 Community Impact, a non-profit organization in Newark, New Jersey. He devotes his time, talent and energy into helping his community.
BellStar is a 55 time trophy winning artist, in just two years! She is an eight year old second grader who loves to act, sing, and dance.
BellaStar has performed live on stage in front of thousands. She is a dynamic performer and will be performing during the festival's awards ceremony.
